LIMITED WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of The815.Co This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from The815.Co (the "Physical Goods") -through www.the815.co, Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, Zalora and Official Retail Partners.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers repair of all functional aspects of your The815.co bag namely: Wheels, Handle Bar, & Built In TSA Lock

If your bag is damaged by an airline, we suggest that you file a claim with the carrier before leaving the airport.

During the Warranty Period, The815.co will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

You are responsible for the cost of dropping of your item at our service center, however, we will shoulder shipment of your item back to you.

You also have the option to take the repair into your own hands. We will simply send over replacement parts over to you.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from The815.co is 1 yr from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part, assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover problems that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by airline/airport; damage of contents, or the replacement of lost or stolen bags and/ or its contents.
  • Damage caused by partner couriers
  • Repeat damages determined by assessor to be customer's fault- after a repair/replacement has already been made
  • Any problem to parts other than Wheels, Handle Bar, and Built In TSA Lock
