Thank you for your interest in the products and services of The 815 Co.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from The 815 Co. (the "Physical Goods").

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers repair of all functional aspects of your The 815 Co. bag namely: Wheels, Handle Bar, Built In TSA Lock

If your bag is damaged by an airline, we suggest that you file a claim with the carrier before leaving the airport.

During the Warranty Period, The 815 Co. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your bag to us, however, we will shoulder shipment of your bag back to you.

You also have the option to take the repair into your own hands. We will simply send over replacement parts over to you.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from The 815 Co. is 1 yr from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • normal wear and tear
  • damage caused by airline/airport
  • damage of contents, or the replacement of lost or stolen bags and/ or its contents.
  • damage caused by partner couriers
  • Repeat damages determined by assessor to be customer's fault after a repair/replacement has already been made
